Cloud2FA is a cloud service for storing and managing TOTP (Time-based One-Time Password) secrets with team access support.

3. Registration and Account

3.1. Registration Requirements

  • You must be 18 years or older
  • You must provide accurate information
  • You are responsible for your account security

3.2. Account Security

You agree to:

  • Use a strong unique password
  • Enable two-factor authentication
  • Not share access credentials with third parties
  • Immediately notify us of unauthorized access

4. Usage Rules

4.1. Permitted Use

You may use Cloud2FA for:

  • Storing your own TOTP secrets
  • Organizing team access within your company
  • API integration for automation

4.2. Prohibited Use

It is prohibited to:

  • Use the service for illegal activities
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
  • Store secrets obtained illegally
  • Create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions
  • Resell or transfer access to the service

5. API

When using the API, you agree to comply with request limits. We reserve the right to block access in case of abuse.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Cloud2FA service, including code, design, logos, and content, belong to us. You receive a limited license to use the service according to these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and absence of errors.

We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss resulting from use of the service.

8. Termination of Use

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed.

We may block or delete an account for violation of the terms of service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may change the terms of service. We will notify you in advance of significant changes. Continued use of the service means agreement with the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes are resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.
